Faith Formation for 6th thru 11th Grade

6th grade & 7th grade Wednesday Evenings

6th grade is led by P. J. Bock & Justin (hoover) Hillesheim. The class meets in the 2nd floor FF/YM Room of the school. 7th grade will be taught by Sharon & Paul Peichel. The class meets in the school basement. Their curriculums go with the Catholic Youth Bible from St. Mary’s Press. This program teaches a well-balanced study of the Holy Scriptures and how they are relevant to us today.

8th grade & 9th grade Wednesday Evenings

8th grade is blessed with the leadership of Jill Riederer. The class meets in the school library. 9th grade is led by Kathy Berny. The class meets in the church basement, Holy Family room. Their curriculum works with the Catholic Faith Handbook from St. Mary’s Press. This group is studying two of the four pillars of the church, Creed and Sacraments and how we should live our lives by what we believe and practice.

10th grade Wednesday Evenings

10th grade is led by Shelley Olson. The class meets in Room 23 of our school. Their curriculum this year is a review of the following years and is a new pre-Confirmation class. This program will help students secure their foundations of faith by studying the Four Pillars of the Church and prepare them for the Sacramental Prep to come in Confirmation.
